Hi I'm Amy, 

​

I’m a Therapeutic Counsellor and I specialise in supporting women who feel weighed down by anxiety, overwhelm and the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together.

​

If you’ve landed here, my guess is you’re exhausted by the never-ending hum of worry. No matter how hard you try, it feels almost impossible to properly switch off, slow your mind down or fully relax.

​

You may find yourself stuck in spirals of overthinking and “what if” thinking, constantly analysing, second-guessing or trying to stay one step ahead of everything. Perhaps you appear to be coping on the outside whilst internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained and on edge.

​

Anxiety can quietly impact every part of life; your relationships, work, confidence, sleep and ability to simply feel present and calm. Yet somehow you keep pushing yourself to carry on, even when you’re running on empty.

​

I understand how consuming anxiety can feel, both professionally and personally. Over the years, I’ve supported many women in moving away from constant overwhelm and fear towards feeling calmer, more grounded and more connected to themselves again.

​

Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. Together we work to understand the anxiety, gently untangle the cycles that keep it going and help you begin to feel safer within yourself again.

​

I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly without pressure or shame. Alongside exploring the deeper roots of anxiety, we can also work on practical ways to calm your nervous system, build self trust and manage overwhelm more gently.

​

You don’t have to keep battling this alone. There is a gentler way forward.
